All Saints Church are celebrating their 150th anniversary of the Church being built in 1873, firstly as a Mission Church then in 1914 it was consecrated as a Parish Church. They are holding a number of events which are detailed below.
Saturday 5 October 2024 – Open day with a photograph/memorabilia display and sideshow from 10am with a come and go invite. At 2pm there will be a celebratory blessing service, after the service there will be a cutting of a celebration cake and buffet.
Sunday 6 October 2024 – A Lay-led Harvest Festival service will be held at 10.30am. People attending are asked for donations of dried or tinned fruit and vegetables which will be auctioned off for charity. This will be followed by tea/coffee and biscuits.
Thursday 10 October 2024 – Harvest Festival Supper Night starts at 7pm. Tickets cost £4 and include pie and peas. Tickets are available from church PCC members.
